Returns for Exchanges Only
Beleza Boutique accepts eligible returns for Exchanges Only. No credit card refunds will be issued. You are welcome to exchange items within 15 days of receipt.
Returns must be in their original packaging, with all tags on and not worn. Every item shipped is inspected to ensure quality control. Please use care when trying on the garment for fit.
When returning an item (s), all shipping expenses are entirely your responsibility. Please make sure you pack the items well and use certified or insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for lost items.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Panties
- All Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable
- Gift wrapping service is not refundable
How to return an item for an exchange:
If you would like to exchange any item(s), you may do so by contacting our Orders Department in order to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number. Once we have issued your return authorization number, you may send the package back to us, and your exchange will be processed and shipped back to you shortly after your return package is received. Please write the authorization number on the outside of your return package for faster processing.
